Session Agreement

& 

Studio Policies

This is an agreement contract between Client’s (Name filled out below) known for the purposes of this Agreement as "CLIENT," and Stephanie Girard Photography LLC 

​

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

​

In the unlikely event that Stephanie Girard Photography LLC is unable to provide the services on the scheduled date, the CLIENT may reschedule the session and the terms of this Agreement to a future date or terminate the agreement it without further action.

   

If for any reason the CLIENT needs to reschedule the session date with notification less than10 days from scheduled date a non refundable retainer of 50% of  the Session Rate will be required and the remaining will be balance paid in full at the rescheduled date.

 

In the event of a second reschedule the remaining 50% of the Session Rate will be charged.

Retainer will be charged to the credit card provided below.

   

If for any reason the CLIENT needs to cancel the session date, the CLIENT is  required to do so in writing via e-mail to

steph@stephgirardheadshots.com  and obtain cancelation confirmation from Stephanie Girard Photography LLC within 10 days prior to the Session Date in order to avoid penalties. 

             

Cancellation within less than 10 days of the Session Date will incur $200 fee.

             Note: any appointment/reservation made within 10 days to the Session Date forfeit the opportunity to cancel without the $200 fee.

             

A "no show" ( aka: client does not show up at the scheduled date and time and has given no notification) will be charged the entire shoot amount and makeup fee (if makeup artist was booked)

SERVICES 

​

Stephanie Girard Photography LLC agrees to reserve the Session Schedule Date, Time and Location to provide the CLIENT with service of Actor headshots to the best of her ability. The parties agree to cheerful cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of this session. Stephanie Girard Photography LLC is not responsible if individuals fail to appear or cooperate during photo sessions or for missed images due to details not revealed to Stephanie Girard Photography LLC.

 

Services are non refundable. Each client will be able to view a portion of their shoot before leaving the studio. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you must communicate this at your shoot so the issue may be resolved. *Dislike of Makeup, Hair or Wardrobe are all fixable things and will not warrant a reshoot so please speak up if you do not like the way something looks before we start shooting. We are happy to change or adjust anything to your liking.

PAYMENT

​

Payment is due in full on the scheduled session date at the end of the shoot. Forms of payment accepted are cash, check, and major credit card.  If using a credit card a $10 processing fee will be added. 

 

Credit Card Authorization:
I authorize Stephanie Girard Photography LLC to charge my credit card if needed according to the terms of this agreement contract. I guarantee full payment of the account as described.
